How Can I Update My Contact Information?

If you move, change your company name, want to change the account ownership to a different party, have a name change, etc, it is important that you keep your MyRochen profile details up to date so that we are able to contact you with important notifications regarding your hosting account.

You can change your contact details at anytime you're logged into My Rochen:

From the left side navigation in My Rochen, scroll down to "Account & Billing -> Account Settings -> "Manage Profile"


On the Main My Rochen Dashboard, scroll down to the "Account & Billing" box (underneath Invoices and Support), and click on the "Update Profile" icon.

*Remember* The email address listed in this section is the default primary email address that you'll use to log in to your account. It's a good idea to double check that it is correct before submitting the changes.
