If you are looking to upgrade your account with Rochen please open a technical support ticket via the My Rochen customer portal at: https://my.rochen.com with your request.
Please use a technical support ticket as opposed to a billing ticket. Although a billing change will be required, the technical support team will handle the upgrade for you and then pass the ticket over to billing for any required changes.
