Changing Billing Cycle

Business, Reseller, and Starter Plans

Rochen offers monthly and annual billing options for Business and Reseller hosting plans.

You can change your billing cycle by opening a billing ticket via the My Rochen customer portal at: https://my.rochen.com

We will change your billing cycle from your next due billing date. For example, if you are currently paying monthly, wish to change to annual billing and your next due date is June 20th; you will be billed for a full year of hosting on June 20th instead of your regular monthly billing. This will then cover your account through until June 19th of the next year. Your next annual billing will then reoccur on June 20th.

Premium Web Hosting Plans

Rochen offers monthly, annual, biennial, and triennial billing cycles for Premium Web Hosting plans.  To have your Premium Web Hosting plan billing cycle changed, just open a billing support ticket and we will assist you.
