Does Rochen Provide Migration Services?

Rochen support staff can transfer up to ten websites for you, from your previous hosting provider over to your Rochen account, at no additional charge.

Site migrations

For Premium Web Hosting, and legacy shared hosting plan customers:

1) First 1 to 10 sites or cPanel accounts are free to transfer over
2) The next 11 to 20 sites or cPanel accounts will be invoiced with a one time migration fee of $5.00 USD each, or £3.00 GBP each
3) sites or cPanel accounts 21 and up will be billed at $2.00 USD each, or £1.50 GBP each.

By way of example,
If you have 36 websites/cPanel accounts that require migrating from either your existing legacy plan with Rochen or from an external hosting provider, you'd be invoiced as follows for the migrations:
USD accounts: 1-10 = Free. 11 to 20 = $5.00 each. 21 to 36 = $2 each. Total migration charges: $50 (sites 11 to 20) + $32 (sites 21 to 36) = total charge of $82 USD.
GBP accounts: 1-10 = Free. 11 to 20 = £3.00 each. 21 to 36 = £1.50 each. Total migratino charges: £30.00 (sites 11 to 20) + £24.00 GBP (sites 21 to 36) = total charge of £74.00 GBP

For Rochen clients migrating sites over to their Managed Cloud Server:

1) First 100 sites/cPanel accounts are free to have transferred/migrated over
2) 101 and above would incur a one time fee of $2.00 USD or £1.50 GBP each.

By way of example,
If you have 118 websites to migrate over to your Rochen Managed Cloud Server, it would be a total migration fee of $36.00 USD or £27.00 GBP (sites 101 to 118)

Non-cPanel Migrations

Non-cPanel migrations include migration of the database and the website files only.

*** Please note that all GBP billing is subject to VAT when applicable. VAT is charged at the rate of the country associate with the billing address on file ***
